Safety & Prevention document / Translate NL to EN + Format properly in MS Word

We need to deliver a Safety and Prevention document at work. So far we have assembled much input and collated most of it in a Word document. However, some of the text is in Dutch while it should be in English, and the text is horribly formatted. Therefore, the assignment consists a document of approximately 12.500 words on which should happen:
- Proofread all English text
- Formatting the document
○ Apply consistent formating across the document
○ Apply consistent branding & colors (see www.kickandrush.com for branding reference)
○ Apply consistent formating of tables
○ Apply correct headings and numbering
○ Apply numbering using multi-level listings
○ Apply number paging
○ Insert page breaks after each chapter
○ Proper use of alineas
○ Make the document ready-to-use and easy-to-read
○ … (this is a not-exhaustive list of examples)
- Colour-marked texts should remain marked
- Translate all Dutch to English (Except for the PDF's/images in the text)

We will work in multiple (3 to 4) iterations. This is a first draft with the majority of the text. After the first iteration, we will apply more text and tables, possibly to be reviewed a second time.
