Russian to English translation and English voice talent dubbing of video series -- 2

Please give me your “price per finished minute” of guaranteed satisfied translated, edited voice dubbed audio/video uploaded to my Youtbe channel. This job is for the first (oldest) 10 videos (1hour and 5 minutes) with the opportunity if the work is done right to do all 50+ hours of the remaining videos.

I am looking to Translate and “voice over” 51+ hours of a Russian YouTube video series. I am looking to work with a professional who takes this work seriously and takes pride in their work. I want someone who will go above and beyond expectations! I realize this is going to cost some money and I want a end product I can be proud of!
If you notice this YouTube channel uses a series of old photographs. They way I imagine this job to be done in the best way is as follows.
~Translate the audio related to each photo the YouTube artist is talking about. If a photo sits for say 15 seconds make note that you have 15 seconds of English to fill in during that space. A superior way might be to screenshot every image and coordinate the image with the English translation and then - after recording the English audio - re-create the video with the images in the same order to be perfect length with the new English audio. This will allow for the best end product I think..
~Merge the new English Audio with the video. Lengthen the video photos time to match up to the new English audio if needed.
~ Add very similar background music as the original Russian video.
~ Get approval from me of the video
~ Upload the video to my YouTube account
I look forward to working with you. If you have similar examples of one language to another I’d like to see. I want this video series to be something that the original YouTuber will also be proud of.
