Romanian/Bulgarian Compliance Monitoring Specialist

We are hiring a Romanian/Bulgarian Speaking Compliance Monitoring Specialist for a compliance firm who provides services to different sectors such as Fin-tech, Banking, Insurance. MUST BE BASED IN LEBANON OR MOLDOVA

Responsibilities:

• A wide range of administrative and support tasks with a focus on Compliance;

• Monitoring of customer service communication aiming at quality control and compliance;

• Participation in incident meetings;

• Documentation & Reporting for monitoring made;

Requirements:

• Your knowledge of Romanian or Bulgarian at a professional level and fluency in English

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;

• Strong organizational and planning skills;

• Proficiency in MS Office and other widely used software;

• Desirable qualifications & experience.

• Previous experience in the Banking or Forex industry will be considered advantageous but not essential.
