Questionnaire Translation from English

We are a market-research company, searching for a professional translation freelance team who has hands-on experience on translating questionnaires and surveys.
Requirements:
Questionnaire/Screener Translation from English to Punjabi, Pashto, Sindhi, and Balochi.
The translator must have familiarity with the original context, to ensure It is easy for native people to understand the questionnaire/survey. Cultural congruence is also essential to the correct interpretation of the original tool(survey).
The translation need to be of the highest possible quality to ensure the reliability and validity of the questionnaire/survey.
Word file of the questionnaire (in English) containing 250 questions (or more, approx. 50-60 pages), will be provided to the translation-team. Translated questionnaires will be required in a softcopy as these translated questions will be imported in a web-based survey form.
