Python script or chatgpt translation need to be done for a Multilingual CSV File Translation

I need Python script or chatgpt translation need to be done for a CSV File Translated to different language, only one column on the csv needed to be translated... we need a script for a massive translation of CSV files from English to multiple languages. The product title column needs translation only. It's important the original format of the CSV files is kept in transcriptions. It might needed to use Google APIs for translation or chatgpt functions for massive auto translation functions.

Languages required for translation include:

- German
- Spanish
- Italian
- Dutch
- French
- Portuguese
- Arabic, etc...

Ideal skills for this project include:

- Advanced level in the languages mentioned above
- Previous experience in fast script writing
- Excellent knowledge of CSV file format
- Able to keep original format in translations
- Fast turnaround time
