Punjabi to English audio file transcription

I am looking for a skilled transcriptionist who can accurately transcribe a Punjabi audio files into English. The audio file is 1hour 5min long and I require a verbatim transcription. Need it to be completed within 12 hours.
The project budget is fixed 1000 INR.
