Portuguese to English Subtitles - Azores Tourism Video (São Jorge)

I work for a video production company and we're currently producing a series of videos that promote tourism in the Azores. We have one fairly short interview (8 minutes 15 seconds) of a man who runs a coffee plantation on the island of São Jorge.
I would like to have his interview translated to English, and then be able to import an SRT file, to have the English subtitles displayed within my editing software. I have the job marked as hourly, but would like to get an estimate for the overall work and I can switch it to that. I can share the video to those interested. Thanks!
