Polish and German Website Text Revision

I'm in need of an adept translator to correct the texts on my website, which are in both Polish (PL) and German (DE).

Ideal Experience and Skills:
- Must have substantial experience in translation and proofreading.
- Proficiency in both Polish and German languages is a requirement.

What I Expect:
