Photo Editing & Arabic Translation

I need a reliable partner who can take a batch of middle-school learning materials written in Arabic and render them into clear, natural-sounding Indonesian. Accuracy is critical, yet the tone still has to feel accessible to teenagers, so I’m looking for someone who understands both the language and the classroom context.
Here’s what the job involves:
• Translate all text from Arabic to Indonesian, preserving headings, sub-headings, lists, and any pedagogical cues so teachers can use the material straight away.
• Ensure terminology is consistent and age-appropriate for Sekolah Menengah students—no literal, stiff wording.
• Deliver the translation in an editable format (DOCX or Google Docs) with the same layout as the original file.
Optional but strongly preferred: several pages include photos that need quick HD touch-ups—simple retouching, blemish removal, or taking out distracting background objects. If you are comfortable doing this in Photoshop or Lightroom, mention it in your bid.
I value speed as much as quality, so please add a realistic timeframe for the first draft and for revisions. I’ll review the work for fidelity to the source text and overall readability for students before releasing final approval.
