I'm seeking a customer support specialist to assist my customers over the phone. The majority of the inquiries will be related to our products. The ideal candidate should have:
- Basic knowledge of our products: This is the level of expertise required for the support agents. They should be able to understand and answer basic product inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills: They should be able to convey information clearly and patiently.
- Customer-oriented attitude: They should be able to empathize with customers and provide them with the best possible service.
