Persian Taaziah Play Subtitling

Note:This is a student project; and my currency (EGP) is very weak against the USD, so the budget is fairly low


I need help with subtitling a 1-2 hour Persian Taaziah play into English. The play is in MP4 format.

Key Responsibilities:
- Watch the video and accurately transcribe the dialogue in Persian
- Translate the transcribed text into English
- Synchronize the English subtitles with the video

The ideal freelancer for this project should have:
- Proven experience in subtitling
- Proficiency in the Persian and English languages
- Familiarity with cultural and artistic content
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
