Persian/Farsi translator for English subtitles

We have a 49-minute documentary spoken entirely in Persian/Farsi and most of the speech is already subtitled in English, but some speech is not. We have drawn up a list of all the places where subtitles are missing or incomplete (see the attached document). We are looking for a Persian/Farsi speaker to fill in those gaps and provide the missing English subtitles. We do not need any proofreading, because we will do that ourselves. We will provide a screener of the film to work with.
