I am trying to translate a handwritten paragraph that appears in the 29 Apr 1869 marriage record of Patrick Donovan and Honora Dorgan performed in St Finbarr’s Parish in Cork City, County Cork, Ireland. Because it is handwritten it is not easy to translate using an online translator. I believe this paragraph refers to a dispensation for cousin being married and may provide clues to the families of Patrick and Honora.
