Overseas Marketing and English Content Expert (Mandarin and English is a must)

Overseas Promotion & English Operations Specialist
Job Responsibilities

1. Overseas Business Promotion
- Responsible for the company’s overseas brand promotion and marketing.
- Develop and execute promotion plans to enhance brand exposure and market influence.

2. Social Media Account Management
- Manage and update daily content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
- Create content aligned with platform characteristics and target audience preferences.
- Track performance data, analyze trends, and optimize strategies to improve engagement and follower growth.

3. Short Drama Translation & Content Updates
- Source and select high-quality short drama content from overseas platforms.
- Translate subtitles (English-Chinese and vice versa) and adapt content for different platforms.
- Ensure daily content updates and maintain user engagement.

4. English Meeting Coordination
- Participate in and coordinate internal and external English meetings as needed.
- Operate and provide technical support for relevant meeting software and platforms.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.

5. English Text Proofreading
- Proofread and polish all external English content to ensure accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness.
- Assist other teams in drafting and reviewing English documents when required.

6. Other English-related Tasks
- Handle other English-related assignments from the team.
- Collaborate across departments to provide language support.

7. Technology & AI Tool Application
- Proficient in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, CapCut International to assist translation, content creation, and design.
- Apply digital tools to enhance work efficiency according to business needs.

Job Requirements

1. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
2. Familiarity with international social media platforms and successful operation experience is a plus.
3. Experience in translating short dramas or editing overseas video content is preferred.
4. Basic technical proficiency and ability to operate meeting and live streaming software.
5. Passionate about internet culture with creative content planning ability.
6. Strong time management and execution skills, capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
7. Bonus: Familiar with AI tools and emerging technologies, with strong learning ability.
8. This job requires you to be able to work at a specific time slot everyday.
