Online Technical Support in Serbia and Hungary - Permanent Full-Time Position

We are developing an industry leading SaaS-based product that helps its 10 million users to create online forms and start collecting data easily and quickly. Within our localization scope, we are looking for a native Serbian and Hungarian speaker who can work full time (40 hrs / week) permanently.
Your main roles are to:
- Provide support to our customers in Serbia and Hungary
- Read and understand questions from users, and provide good explanations and examples
- Perform troubleshooting and in-depth analysis of technical problems
- Partner with our Engineering team to find and fix bugs before they impact our customers
- Identify trends and escalate critical situations
- Translate JotForm to Serbian and Hungarian (products, guides, templates, landing sites, etc.)
- Write marketing copies in Serbian and Hungarian
- And in the remaining times, provide support to our customers in English
