One to one Arabic tutor

Hello, We are looking for a native Arabic translator with good knowledge of English and who can translate from English to Arabic text. It would be great if you have experience translating mobile applications and can work with HTML and XML. We need a translation of English screenshots to Arabic and a market description for our Android App (Lexilize Flashcards). Without using machine translation.
