Old Persian Book Tasks

Hello There,
I have an old Persian book (123 pages) about specific subjects in religion and philosophy and the pdf text cannot be extracted using OCR or any AI tools. I’ll provide you with the pdf and I need the following:
Tasks:
1:
Re-writing the provided pdf book into a modifiable/copyable texts with the exact format of the pdf as a word file
2:
Translating the old Persian language into a new Persian language WITHOUT changing the meaning at all, and output that in another word file.
The Output:
1:
A word file with the same exact format/spellings as the provided pdf (everything the same including but not limited to: margins, lines, tables, bolds, tables of contents and every single letter should be exactly the same) and most importantly written in text that could be copied/modified.
2:
Another word file that will have a translation for the old Persian language of the book into a new Persian language without changing the meaning at all, and output that in another word file (also this word file should have the same format as the pdf)
(In total: 2 word files, one is identical to the pdf as a language and format -details in point number 1-, and the other one is for the translated Old Persian to a new Persian with the same pdf format - details in point number 2-).
Notes: Using any AI tool is prohibited in such a task because as I declared it’s about a dedicated subject in religion and philosophy so it needs to be done carefully/manually.
Note: I need to get the job done within few days. It’s all about re-writing and translating to the same language but in a new version.
