We are expanding our Customer Care & Medical Interpretation Team and are looking for freelance interpreters fluent in Japanese or Korean. If you have strong language skills and a passion for helping people communicate effectively across cultures, we’d love to connect with you.

Position: Freelance Medical Interpreter / Customer Care Support
Location: Remote (Work from home)
Time Zone: USA (Must be available during US business hours)

Responsibilities

Provide accurate interpretation between English and your target language (Japanese or Korean).

Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or messages as needed.

Assist patients and clients by communicating clearly, accurately, and professionally.

Maintain confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, and attention to detail.

Support customers with inquiries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.

Requirements

Fluency in Japanese or Korean, and good command of English.

Excellent communication, listening, and comprehension skills.

Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace.

Ability to work 10-hour shifts aligned with US time zones.

Prior experience in medical or interpretation roles is preferred, but freshers are welcome.
