Norwegian to English translation

I have 7 files in Norwegian language need English translation. The files have many numbers and repeated words. Without the numbers and the repeated words the word count is 6500. 3 of the files are same. I need professional translation. Not any google or machine translation.

I have fixed budget of 45 and deadline 30 hours.
