Nepali - English translator required

I need Nepali - English translator for periodical tasks
The main requirements:

1) Fluent Nepali
2) Responsible, reliable and communicative
3) Available to response quickly.
4) Perfect formatting - you need to know good MsWord
5) Able to translate pdf and jpg files. No scanning pdf files accepted - strictly manual work (you can scan, but copy the text in a new file). I do not have wird files for translation
6) Accept the payment 0,015$ per word
