Need Thai Subtitles for English Video

As mentioned in the title, I am looking for someone to do subtitles for my video. The video is in Thai and want the subtitles to be added to my video in English so you must be fluent in Thai/English

This can be a long-term project. My videos are about 8-12 minutes long. My budget is $3 - $5 per video. If this is not OK with you, please don't bid. This is a very easy project for the right candidate.
