Native Tamil Translator for Company Policies

I need a experienced native Tamil translator to accurately translate company policy documents into Tamil. The total word count exceeds 10,000 words, and these documents are primarily intended for employees. TAT - 3 days.
Key Requirements:
- Strictly human translation; machine translation will not be accepted.
- A sample translation of a portion of the documents will be required for assessment.
- The rate is 0.50p per word, with a 30-day invoice cycle.
- The documents use general language with no extensive industry-specific terminology.
Ideal Skills:
- Native Tamil speaker with excellent command of English.
- Proven experience in translation, particularly of corporate documents.
