MySQL/PostgreSQL mentoring - database optimization

We need the several documents translated, replacing the original English text with Arabic . Recreating the formatted documents in Arabic is preferred but not necessary. Our team can use the arabic text to recreate the documents if necessary. However, if you can recreate the documents in the same format, a higher rate is understood.
