Must be Korean. Webtoon manager, someone who can act on my behalf

I am looking for a Webtoon Manager who is fluent in Korean and is able to provide translation services when needed. This person will be responsible for Negotiating and managing contracts, publishers, licenses, and revenue-sharing agreements with content creators or external partners. I am expecting this person to act as a full-time representative and be able to work on specific tasks or projects if asked.
