Multilingual PDF Manual Translation and Review

Translate a set of manuals created in CorelDRAW and saved as PDFs into 12 languages, and review them for spelling and grammatical errors while preserving the original design and formatting
Requirements:
1. Use OCR software (such as ABBYY FineReader or Adobe Acrobat Pro) to convert the provided PDF files into editable formats like Word (.docx) or plain text (.txt) files.
2. Extract the text from the converted files and save them as separate text files for each manual.
3. Translate the extracted text files into the 12 required languages using a reliable translation service or tool (such as ChatGPT).
4. For each translated language, create a new set of Word files based on the original editable files (Word or plain text).
5. Copy and paste the translated text into the corresponding Word files, replacing the original text while ensuring that the design and formatting are preserved.
6. Adjust the design and layout in each translated Word file as necessary to accommodate language variations, such as text length or direction.
7. Export the final translated versions as PDF files, maintaining the original design and formatting.
8. Use AI-based grammar and spell-checking tools like Grammarly or LanguageTool to review the translated PDFs for spelling and grammatical errors.
9. Perform quality control checks on the translated PDFs to ensure accurate translation, proper formatting, and error-free text.
10. Deliver the translated and reviewed PDF files for each language in a well-organized folder structure.
