Multilingual Business Content Translation

I’m preparing a new release of our corporate materials and need precise, business-grade translations delivered in four language pairs: German→Arabic, Arabic→French, French→German, and English→German. The core of the job is our internal business documents, but the assignment also extends to consumer-facing marketing pieces so tone and terminology must shift naturally between formal and promotional.

Scope
• Translate business contracts, proposals, and policy sheets.
• Adapt marketing collateral—including brochures, social media captions, web pages, and a short product catalog—so each target audience feels the copy was originally written for them.

Expectations
• Native-level command of all target languages with proven experience in corporate communication.
• Consistent use of industry terminology; please rely on CAT tools such as SDL Trados or memoQ for terminology management and version control.
• Each file returned in its original layout (Word, InDesign, or HTML) so our design workflow stays intact.
• Spot checks for numeric accuracy, dates, and legal clauses; any ambiguities flagged back to me before sign-off.

Deliverables
1. Fully translated documents and marketing assets.
2. A bilingual glossary for recurring terms.
3. Final files cleared of formatting errors and ready for print or upload.
