Mass Medical Book Translation
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I am preparing a huge set of prescription-drug reference books—about 1.5 million pages in total—for release in Hindi. The source text is English, and alongside the Hindi edition I also need an English master file proof-checked so that both languages remain perfectly aligned. Every chart, table, and paragraph must keep its original layout; the only change should be the language.
Because these titles deal with prescription medicines, the single most important part of the assignment is absolute accuracy in medicine names. Dosage figures, side-notes, and general grammar must, of course, be correct, but any mismatch in drug nomenclature is an immediate blocker for approval.
Here is how I see the workflow:
• Receive the original InDesign/PDF page
• Translate the text into Hindi, mirroring the layout exactly
• Proof-check the English master for the same page, confirming drug names line-by-line
• Return the bilingual page set (Hindi + updated English) ready for print
