Mandarin-English Gala Dinner Event Manager
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
I am in need of a professional event manager who is conversant in both Mandarin and English to handle the planning and execution of a gala dinner. The event is projected to host between 100 to 300 guests. They will need to be involved at some level with pre-production.Event location is a Sydney hotel
Responsibilities include:
- Venue Setup and Coordination: Efficiently manage the setup of the venue to ensure it aligns with the theme and overall aesthetic of the event.
- Guest and RSVP Management: Coordinate RSVPs, manage guest lists, and ensure seamless on-the-day guest experience.
- Client Liaison: Actively communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in organizing large-scale events, be proficient in Mandarin and English and possess excellent communication and project management skills.
