The requirements for the job are the following:
• English proficient 95%
• Mandarin and/or cantonese proficient 100%
• Good usage of both languages’ grammar.
• Great attitude
• Ability to work a full-time schedule
• Note taking ability
• Basic computer skills or knowledge
• Active listening
• Ability to follow instructions and protocol
• Desktop or Laptop
• 6Gb Ram or higher
• Internet speed 10 Mbps or higher (no USB internet modems) it has to be residential internet.
• USB headset (Logitech and Plantronics are good brands)
• A quite place to work from, private room, home office. (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT).

As a language interpreter for Marttel, your job will consist of answering inbound calls and interpreting for doctors and their patients from [Spanish, Arabic, French, Portuguese] to English and vice versa.
