Malay translation and voiceover 1,700 words (~20 mins final audio)

I need the script attached translating into Malay alongside the English (currently Dari Persian is alongside the English as an example) and then the Malay words only (no English) should be narrated slowly and clearly.

The script is double the length because of the inclusion of English words that don't need recording, but the non-English words total 1,700 words or about 20 mins final audio.
