Make a phone call to Spanish court regarding a ruling

Seven years into a suit and the Spanish lawyers are not telling me what is going on. I have the last (second) "court order" from May 2023 that you have already translated. My ex-husband can no longer file an appeal. As the attorneys in Spain keep putting me off, I would like someone to call the court directly for me.
