Macedonian Translator

I am looking for a native Macedonian who can speak English and/or Turkish and also accompany me in Veles Municipality to fulfill some official processes related with the application of Macedonian citizenship such as communicating with officers, filling in some official documents in Macedonian, finding a certified translation office for some documents and getting official approval (Appostile) for these documents.
