Looking for Translator for building the app

,I want to develop this free app (100 words a day) to enable end-users to translate their mother tongues text (English, German, French, etc.) to Swiss German and back by entering their text. Another key feature is listening to the entered text from both ends, the translated text and the entered text, which end users are texting, copying, etc. The end-users should be able to favorite their text searches and also copy their URL with the related search.
