Looking for English VIDEO Transcription and Translation into Spanish subtitles (.srt)

Hello, I do have an English source material (a course) that I need to transcript in English and then translate into Spanish to produce individual documents in .srt (subtitles in Spanish). The subtitles file, in Spanish, is the work to be delivered. The course is divided into Modules (12 in total). There are 8-12 short videos inside each module. Summarizing, there are 104 videos. I will provide the videos on a GDrive Location.
