Localize in Arabic, French, Urdu and Indonesian

We need you to localize some parts of the interface of our software from English to the following languages: Arabic, French, Hindi and Indonesian. All these languages have to be made within the same time frame and the project will be considered done when all the languages are localized completely. We call "keys" to each word or phrase. A phrase is no longer than 256 characters, but in average each "key" is about 4-5 words. We don't have a way to tell the exact number of words (for now). But in our experience with this project, we calculate the total number of hours for each language is about 5 hours, so we expect this project should not take longer than 30 min.
