Local assistance needed in Brazil

I am looking for local assistance in Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo. I need someone who can find a target audience for me in any of those 2 big cities.
Our company is looking for a certain demographics of women and we are conducting a paid study. Your job would be to find that group of women and set up quick 5 minute interviews. I send you the questions in English, you will need to translate them into Portuguese and ask the ladies those questions. The interviews will be recorded. Write down their answers and we pay them within 24 hours after the interview.
Based on their answers, they may be selected for additional paid interviews if they agree in which case we will contact them again.
