Literary translation from Spanish to English

I am a writer, and I write in Spanish. My next book will blend literature with technical content. I am looking, probably for a native English Literature Student, who would be willing to work with me for the next 4-6 months, translating every 1-2 weeks the chapters in Spanish that I would be sharing. I would be paying a previously agreed amount per translated page (after I have reviewed the work and I am happy with the result). I am fluent in English but I prefer to work with a native for this translation.
