Legal Opinions on regulatory compliance

We are a software company and our platform is used and downloaded as an app by brokers all around the world.
I need a legal opinion signed by a qualified law firm for every respective country that our app is being downloaded clarifying that our clients(brokers) who download the app in that country are indeed regulated by the regulatory authority of the specific country and that they can onboard clients from other countries as well. The legal opinion will be ready by us and once reviewed by the law firm it will be signed.
Most importantly I need an official document listing which countries are banned(sanctioned countries) by each respective regulator.
The regulators we are targeting are: ASIC,FCA,SCB,ESMA,DFSA,BAFIN,CIMA,FSCA,ESCA,FMA,MAS,TFG,VFSG,FSC(MAURITIUS),SVG(ST.VINCENT),SVG,BVI,MFSA,FINMA,MIFID II,VFSC
