Learning French for non speaker

I'm looking for an experienced tutor to help me learn French. I'm a complete non-speaker, which means I'm starting from scratch. My goal is to acquire fluency within the French language for immigration purposes. To achieve this, I would like to have lessons three times a week (or more) so that I can become proficient as quickly as possible. My needs range from grammar and vocabulary to conversation.
