Kuwait Arabic/ Arabian romance to English Translation Vise veser

I am in need of a reliable and experienced translator to translate materials from Arabic to English and Arabic to Spanish. I am looking mostly at Arabic originating from Kuwait, as well as Arabian Romance. This project needs to be completed by a certain deadline, so please make sure that you can meet it before applying. As an added bonus, if the translated text requires further proofreading, for example to make sure that it is accurate and culturally appropriate, that would be appreciated.
