Job Overview
We are looking for a freelance Korean-speaking consultant to support our relocation business by assisting Korean expatriates and businesses moving to or from Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone with experience in relocation, customer service, or consulting, who can help facilitate communication and provide guidance to Korean-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Korean-speaking clients with inquiries regarding relocation, moving, and settlement services in Malaysia.
Provide consultation on local regulations, housing, and customs procedures.
Act as a liaison between Korean clients and our operations team.
Support in translating documents and communication materials when needed.
Offer cultural and practical guidance to help clients adapt to their new environment.
Requirements
Fluent in Korean and English (both spoken and written).
Previous experience in relocation, customer service, or consultancy is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Based in Malaysia or familiar with the local landscape.
Ability to work remotely and respond to client queries promptly.
