Kannada language to Tulu language translator required

Hi we are looking for a freelancer who can translate Kannada language to tulu language(Not Telugu). Candidate should be able to convert 6000 Kannada words to Tulu within the given time. Please note that it's a continuous project and candidate will get similar project every month.
