Translate, revise, and proofread complex technical documents and software applications across all of the Jamf product lines, specializing in JapaneseCollaborate with product localization peers and vendors to produce error-free translated documentation and UI text and ensure that the quality of materials meets the enterprise standardCheck translation files for correctness, escalating issues when necessaryEdit grammar, punctuation, style, and language-specific slang in the language of expertiseTranslate concept expressions and intent markers from English (US) to target languageEnsure that content translated from English (US) effectively conveys original meaning in a manner that is readable and understandable in the target language and mindful of cultural differencesIdentify and implement process improvementsAssist in maintaining and improving the translation memory and glossary files to increase product localization process efficienciesWork with localization service providers (LSPs) and in-country reviewers (ICRs) to ensure projects are delivered on time and with qualityTrack, prioritize, and resolve product localization defectsContinuously broaden knowledge of the company and product initiatives
