Japanese English translator in Berlin

I am looking for a fluent Japanese-English translator for a business meeting in Messe Berlin on 04.09.2023. (12h-17h)
The ideal candidate should be fluent in both languages.
I damaged my throat and cannot speak well so I need another translator immediately.
Key requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese and English
- Experience in providing translation services for business meetings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time translation during the business meeting
Skills and experience:
- Native or fluent proficiency in both Japanese and English
Please note that no preparation is needed for this event but you need to know words like „wholesale price“, „distributor“, „minimum order quantity“ etc.
You don’t need to wear super formal but also shouldn’t be very casual.
