Japanese/English Translations (Long-Term Opportunity)
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
RushTranslate is in a period of growth and we are looking to increase our team of freelance translators to satisfy client demand, ensure reasonable workloads, and have backups available for all positions. Our certified translations are typically used for immigration, education, legal, and medical purposes. About 95% of our jobs have English as the target language. Because of this, native-level English fluency is required.
We are seeking a professional Kyrgyz translator to handle documents to be translated from Japanese to English (and vice-versa).
This is a long-term freelance position with 6-7 days/week availability. We've recently started to have a demand for this language, so we need someone with the availability to translate approx. 500-1000 words per week to begin with. If you can translate another language besides Japanese, we could assign you more work during the week.
We pay bi-monthly on a per-translation-word basis with premiums paid for expedited turnaround, when required. We have an easy-to-follow translation guidelines document to ensure consistency among all translators.
Excellent communication, organizational, and Microsoft Word skills are an absolute must in order to be successful in this job.
