The Role
The mission of a Japanese Data Translator is to assist in the development of automotive database models, by translating into Spanish and English Technical texts and specifications from different OEM sources such as Electronic Parts Catalogue, Service Manuals etc, as well as generating the right workflows to make his translations available for the Data development team working on the most extensive and accurate automobile database, generating content for Solera estimating systems around the globe
What You’ll Do
Translate technical automotive texts contained in different automotive OEM Sources, including, but not limited to EPC’s, service manuals, manufacturer web pages etc.. from japanese into English and Spanish
Generate documentation with the most common terminology used per manufacturer, so it gets easier to be identified by the rest of the Data Development team
