Indonesian Customer Email and Chat Support

I need to form a team of 5 Indonesians who can work for me for 8 hours per day with fixed salary of 300 US$ per month with perfect attendance and good performance bonus of $100 per month. The work set up is 24/7 7 days a week, and will be shifting (6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am. The chosen candidates must be conversant in English language while being a native speaker in Indonesian language. This is an urgent requirement and will probably start on first week of February 2022. Training will be provided and is paid.
