Periodically translates into written format non-technical instructions, patient related information and simple medical forms.
Assists in dispatching calls to other interpreter staff, as required. Utilizes the CyraCom Present Telephone Interpreter (OPI) system for languages other than Spanish, Polish and Cantonese/Mandarin.
