Hindi Translators required

I have regular assignments for English to Hindi translators. I need translators having great command over both the languages and some experience in the field. NO MACHINE TRANSLATION accepted. Translated version should be correct and easy to read and understand. I don't need literal translation. Pay for the job is 50P/word
