Himachal Jamabandi Interpreter Needed -- 2

I am finalising a land transaction in Himachal Pradesh and need a native-level Hindi speaker who can confidently read and interpret Jamabandi records—especially the Khewat section. Once we exchange IDs and sign a brief confidentiality agreement, we will work entirely over the phone. During each call you will walk me through the relevant pages, line by line, explaining ownership details, mutations, and any remarks that could affect the deal.

A solid grasp of Khewat is essential, and familiarity with Khasra and Khatauni terms will let us double-check cross-references if they come up. I don’t need a formal translation; I need accurate real-time interpretation so I can make informed decisions while negotiating. Clear communication, patience, and reliability are a must because timing on this purchase is tight.

Deliverable:
• Verbal clarification of each Khewat entry until I feel confident about the land’s chain of ownership and any encumbrances.
